Hen Harrier, Wallasea

I'm in town for the dartfordwarbler AGM, so me and Matt took to the local birding sites to see how many we could get. Bird of the day was undoubtedly this cracking juv Hen Harrier which was working the ditches on Wallasea.

After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. Is there a way you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks a lot!|
